CCF operates out of multiple locations. Over time and due to growth of the organisation, internal network domains have been joined together. Consequently, the organisation struggled to effectively manage organisation group policy through the existing structure resulting in business inefficiencies and system down time. In addition each legacy ‘location’ was operating from its own siloed server environment which meant data was not accessible to the whole organisation resulting in duplication.
Southern Community Justice Centre
Although Southern Community Justice Centre operated as one discrete organisation it had two separate networks. Network performance was inconsistent and at times networks became completely inaccessible. This resulted in major organisation inefficiencies and caused staff frustration.
